This was a Brazilian restaurant, a pinacle of the Millenial overcharged, hyper-dietary-restriction-attuned viberaunts that packages a cultural product for upper-class white people to consume (in other words, me with Fair And Lovely). However, it was FANTASTIC! The tapioca sandwich was just like a taco, except it wasn't. It was fluffy and light. The mushrooms and spinach were packed with flavour, and the olive oil made it all melt in your mouth. Don't get me started on the Pao De Quejio. It was warm and fresh and melted in my mouth oh so beautifully. The passionfruit drink wasn't out of this world but still nice. All in all it was slightly pricey, and didn't completely justify the cost, so it wasn't necessarily great value, but it was still one of the best places to eat in Montreal.
The customer service was fantastic! I tried practicing my French, and they were oh so kind and patient with me.
It was a little small of a restaurant, with not a lot of sitting spaces, so be prepared to stand if you get a combo, which you definitely should.
I can't recommend this restaurant enough, and I do think I'll be going again!
